Final Fantasy 2 story was very ambitious for its time firion maria and guy are war orphans who joined the wild rose rebellion to search for maria’s missing brother leon and help defeat the emperor of palamisia before he can plunge the world into darkness. this time around the party is also joined by a rotating cast of companions and each of them has their own story to tell the plot is full of twists and setbacks. the pixel remaster uses the enhanced script from the game boy advanced version.
