It’s like Gameloft were like… we’re going to make billions out of this game. Frankly it’s a frustrating experience. So far all I’ve really been able to do is play through probably the first 20 races or so before it reached a point where I can’t upgrade my car any more without going back and replaying lots of the stages over and over again so I can’t move on. Instead Gameloft would much rather that I put my hand in my pocket and buy some of their in-game currency, thus allowing me to upgrade my car, and you know, perform in the races. It seems to me that the tuning for the gameplay difficulty in this game has really been set up for in-app purchases first and foremost. Now, fair enough, it’s a free to play title.
