Hello, I’m unable to install over the old game. Whenever I try to override it, it says app not installed. Is there a problem?

Okay, I finally figured it out! It works now. If you have the same issue as I did, this might help. Do NOT override/install over the original game. Here’s what I did:
1. If you already have a save game that you’d like to keep, then first, in your ORIGINAL game, upload the save file to FaceBook (! not Google Play, it doesn’t work with MODs as per the comments below) so you can retrieve it later.
2. Uninstall the original game now.
3. Uninstall FaceBook AND Messenger (if you also have this installed). Don’t worry, we will redownload them later.
4. Login FaceBook via the mobile browser to save time (because you’ll have to access the browser to login through FaceBook in game later anyway).
5. Download this modded APK file, then install it. It should be a fresh install since you’ve already deleted your original game. If it says to ‘install over the current existing app’, that means you haven’t yet uninstalled the original one. Uninstall that first, then install this APK.
6. Let the game download everything, enter your age, then it’ll tell you to login via Google Play – DON’T do this. Login through FaceBook ONLY and it’ll bring you to the browser. You’ve already logged in before so in one tap, you should be logged in quickly.
7. Back in the game, download your save data from FaceBook.
8. Let the game download the additional resources.
9. Once you’re in the game, you should see your latest save, but you must wait a bit for the VIP, money, LP and SP to load. For me, I had to click on tasks, do something, or complete something for everything to load completely. Make sure you see all the unlimited amounts on the top panel before moving on.
10. Now, to make sure you retain all that indefinitely, upload it to your FaceBook cloud.
11. You can now reinstall FaceBook and Messenger. Login them as per usual. Everything should still work normally. If you want to cross-check like I did, check that the FaceBook cloud works by uploading your save data once more.
You will now have unlimited money in your own save! :) And you can also do so across multiple devices.
Hopefully this helps everyone else struggling with this. Bottom line is, don’t override the original app with this apk. Do a fresh install of this APK. And only login via FaceBook. Good luck!
